DIRECTIONS TO THE PAVILION:
From the EAST
Using I 96 Get off at the Okemos Exit. Turn North about 2 1/2 miles to the traffic light at Mt Hope. Turn left (the only way there's a school on the right).
Proceed about 3 miles and turn left at the first traffic light (Farm Lane) past the railroad tracks.
The Pavilion is the big building on the left.
Using Grand River Ave proceed to Hagadorn Road in East Lansing. Hagadorn is about 1-1/2 miles past the overpass on Grand River between Okemos and East Lansing.
Turn left (south) and proceed one mile to Mt Hope. Turn right and turn left at the first traffic light (Farm Lane) past the railroad tracks.
The Pavilion is the big building on the left.
From the NORTH
Using 127 Stay on 127 past East Lansing to the Trowbridge Road Exit. Exit at Trowbridge Rd and drive about ½ mile to the light at Harrison Rd. Do not proceed onto campus, turn right (South) on Harrison. Turn left at Mt Hope and proceed ½ mile to Farm Lane. The Pavilion is on the right.
From the WEST
Using 496 - Turn South on 127,
Using I-96 Turn North on US 127
2 Options
1) Exit at Dunkel Road and turn left (east). Turn left at Collins Road (about ¼ mile, where Dunkel dead ends into Collins). Follow Collins north about ½ mile, around the curve to the east where it becomes Forest (the only option) and on to the second left turn (past the Observatory). This is Farm Lane and the building is on the left.
2) Continue on and exit at Trowbridge Rd. Exit at Trowbridge Rd and drive about ½ mile east to the light at Harrison Rd. Do not proceed onto campus, turn right (south) on Harrison. Turn left (east) at Mt Hope and proceed ½ mile to Farm Lane. The Pavilion is on the right.

INFORMATION ON EXHIBITING
The Quiet Water Symposium is open to non-profit groups, individuals, and organizations who are related to non-motorized outdoor recreation and the environment we all use.
We are interested in people, groups, and organizations that are involved in non-motorized outdoor recreation. Hand built tools and toys are welcome. Many individuals display their canoes, kayaks and rowing shells. Bicycling. Sailing and Diving are also featured. Snow shoes, fly rods, dog sleds, long bows, and other things are also welcome.
Cost to Exhibit (QWS 2011 information) no cost for non-profit or individuals, for profit groups - $100.00 for each space if paid by February 15, 2011. $125.00 per space if payment is received after that date. The majority of our spaces are 10' X 10'. We do have several 10' X 15' at the South end. Another small group of spaces along the East edge are 8' Deep by 10'. Our current layout for the Arena has the spaces there at 15' X 15'. This may be subject to change.

INFORMATION ON SETTING UP EXHIBITS
Participants will be able to set up either Friday evening (after 4:00 PM) or Saturday morning before 9:00.
Participants are requested to drive around to the west side of the Pavilion and go in through the north most door (there will be signs). At the office just inside the door and around the corner, participants will be directed to their exhibit location and assisted in either driving in or carrying in their exhibit.
INFORMATION ON TEARING DOWN EXHIBITS
The symposium runs until 6:00 PM on Saturday. We ask that you respect our guests and plan on remaining at the symposium until this time. We will not be allowing vehicles onto the show floor until after this time. If there is a need leave before 6:00 PM, please contact the show staff and they will attempt to find help.

The Red Roof Inn is located just off 127 at 3615 Dunkel Road (517) 332-2575 (Nationwide reservations 1-800-843-7663. This is just about a mile from the Pavilion on the corner of Collins and Dunkel.
The Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center is located on the campus of Michigan State on Harrison Rd and Michigan Avenue. (517) 432-4000.
